By signing below, I hereby declare that I have read and fully understood the content of this letter of welcome and volunteer agreement for Jardines del Colibrí Dorado. I understand that this is a sacred and protected space under the spiritual leadership of Abuelo Antonio and the guidance of the Technical and Advisory Councils. I voluntarily agree to abide by all the rules, routines, ethical standards, and ceremonial protocols established by Abuelo Antonio and his councils. I understand that any decision taken by them is final and irrevocable. I accept that I am responsible for my own health, wellbeing, and actions during my stay, including covering any medical or legal expenses arising from illness, accident, or death. I also acknowledge that lying or providing false information in this application constitutes a criminal offense under Mexican and Yucatec law and may result in legal action. I further agree not to defame (difamar) Abuelo Antonio, any council member, volunteer, or the sanctuary itself. Any false accusation will be considered a violation of this agreement and could result in legal prosecution. By signing this document, I expressly release Abuelo Antonio, his family, his councils, and all members of Jardines del Colibrí Dorado from any responsibility or liability, including but not limited to, accidents, injuries, or misunderstandings arising from my presence or participation in any activity on site. I understand that this is a spiritual, non-profit, and community-based project and that my collaboration is a voluntary offering of service, not an employment relationship. I sign this agreement freely, with full awareness and without coercion. My signature confirms my total acceptance and willingness to respect this sacred place and its guardians.
