Welcome & Volunteer Responsibility Letter
Dear Volunteer:
Welcome to Jardines del Colibrí Dorado, a sacred refuge rooted in ancestral wisdom, ecological protection, and collective healing. Your presence here is an offering — and with it comes a deep responsibility.
This letter is both a warm invitation and a binding agreement. It outlines the principles, rules, and legal conditions under which you may visit or volunteer at this Sanctuary, which is guarded by Abuelo Antonio, the Technical Council, and the Advisory Council.
- Providing false information or lying on this application constitutes a serious offense and may be subject to legal consequences under Mexican federal law and local Yucatec jurisdiction. In accordance with the Mexican Federal Penal Code (Código Penal Federal), particularly Articles 247 and 248, making false declarations in official or legal documents may be considered falsedad en declaraciones or uso de documentos falsos, both of which are criminal offenses. Therefore, any attempt to provide misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information in this application may result in disqualification from participation, immediate removal from the premises, and potential legal action. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and accept that truthfulness is a legal and ethical obligation, and any breach of this condition will be treated in accordance with applicable laws in Yucatán, México.
🏛️ GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE & DECISION AUTHORITY
The Sanctuary is guided by Abuelo Antonio, its spiritual guardian, who holds final authority.
A Technical Council and an Advisory Council support the project’s well-being, legal integrity, and spiritual coherence. These councils may be consulted for matters of importance.
All decisions Abuelo Antonio and the councils make are final and irrevocable.
No internal vote, opinion, or external influence can overrule a council decision once it has been made. Your respect for this process is essential.
Volunteers may be asked to leave the premises immediately, at any moment and without prior notice, based solely on the decision of Abuelo Antonio or either council. No justification is required. This measure protects the spiritual, emotional, and energetic integrity of the Sanctuary.
The Technical Counselor also serves as the Main Focal Point and acts as a bridge between Abuelo Antonio and the Advisory Council.
All volunteers must communicate their status, issues, needs, and developments through this individual Technical Counselor
You agree to report regularly and truthfully to the Technical Counselor about your tasks and experiences.
🌿 VOLUNTEERING AGREEMENT
⏳ Trial Period
You begin your time as a volunteer in a 3-month trial period, during which your service, behavior, and alignment with the Sanctuary’s values will be observed.
Continuation as a long-term volunteer is not guaranteed and will be determined solely by the council.
Volunteers may be asked to leave at any moment, with no prior requirement or justification, based on the sole discretion of Abuelo Antonio or the Technical/Advisory Councils.
📋 Schedule and Responsibilities
You agree to follow the daily routine, ceremonies, assigned activities, and guidance provided by the staff or the councils.
Volunteers are expected to show up fully — with presence, humility, punctuality, and commitment.
Personal schedules or intentions must never interfere with Sanctuary life.
The daily routine begins at 5:00 AM, in harmony with the cycles of nature and spiritual practices. Silence, prayer, and discipline are expected in these early hours.
💰 Food & Lodging Contributions
There is a standard contribution fee for lodging and food.
If you are accepted as a volunteer, these costs may be covered by Abuelo Antonio, depending on his assessment and decision.
No volunteer has an automatic right to free stay; it is a spiritual gift, not an entitlement.
🕊️ RESPECT FOR THE SANCTUARY
🌸 Sacred Grounds and Living Beings
This place is alive — spiritually, ecologically, and energetically. You must:
Never touch, cut, remove, or alter any flower, plant, or tree.
Never harm, interfere with, or feed any animal without permission.
Treat the ranch, gardens, water sources, tools, and ceremonial spaces as sacred beings.
All ceremonies are protected spaces. No one may record, repeat, or replicate any ceremony without explicit permission from Abuelo Antonio and the council.
❤️ Ethical Conduct (Expanded)
All individuals are welcomed with equal love and respect, regardless of gender identity, age, origin, or belief.
Sexual relations are strictly prohibited unless you are an established couple and have received direct authorization from Abuelo Antonio
This is a sacred space whose energy must remain protected from toxic intentions, dark influence, or unconscious disruption. You agree to uphold this vibration at all times.
🚫 Prohibited Substances and Practices
No alcohol, recreational drugs, or intoxicants of any kind are permitted.
You may not offer, trade, or apply therapy, medicine, healing, or energetic practice without explicit written and signed permission.
This includes herbal remedies, massages, spiritual cleanses, or psychological techniques, among many others.
⚖️ LEGAL NOTICE & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
🧾 Personal Responsibility
You are 100% responsible for your health, safety, and personal decisions.
If you suffer any accident, illness, injury, trauma, or death, you or your family must assume all related expenses and consequences.
Jardines del Colibrí Dorado, its staff, guardians, and councils are completely released from any responsibility, financial or legal.
📜 Defamation Warning
Any form of defamation — false accusations, false testimony, manipulation, or verbal attacks — constitutes a criminal act punishable under Mexican law.
The Sanctuary will immediately initiate action against any individual who attempts to damage the honor, dignity, or image of Abuelo Antonio, the staff, or the land.
🛡️ Full Release of Legal Responsibility
By signing this agreement:
You entirely release and hold harmless Abuelo Antonio, his family, the Technical and Advisory Councils, the sanctuary residents, and staff from any legal or civil complaint, now or in the future.
This includes but is not limited to: misunderstandings, disagreements, emotional reactions, spiritual experiences, or ceremonial events.
⚖️ Jurisdiction
Any and all legal matters shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Yucatán, México.
🙏 FINAL DECLARATION
By signing this document, you affirm:
That you read, understood, and fully accept all points expressed in this letter.
That you volunteer freely and without expectation of compensation, labor rights, or employee status.
That you agree to protect the sacred space, the beings who live here, and the ancestral work being held.
That you are aligned in heart, body, and spirit with the mission of Jardines del Colibrí Dorado.

Querido/a Voluntario/a:
Bienvenido/a a Jardines del Colibrí Dorado, un refugio sagrado enraizado en la sabiduría ancestral, la protección ecológica y la sanación colectiva. Tu presencia aquí es una ofrenda — y con ella viene una profunda responsabilidad.
Esta carta es tanto una cálida invitación como un acuerdo vinculante. Describe los principios, reglas y condiciones legales bajo las cuales puedes visitar o ser voluntario en este Santuario, que está resguardado por el Abuelo Antonio, el Consejo Técnico y el Consejo Consultivo.
Proporcionar información falsa o mentir en esta solicitud constituye una falta grave y puede tener consecuencias legales conforme a la legislación federal mexicana y la jurisdicción local yucateca. De acuerdo con el Código Penal Federal, particularmente los artículos 247 y 248, realizar declaraciones falsas en documentos oficiales o legales puede considerarse como falsedad en declaraciones o uso de documentos falsos, ambos delitos penales. Por tanto, cualquier intento de proporcionar información engañosa, incompleta o fraudulenta en esta solicitud puede resultar en la descalificación de la participación, la expulsión inmediata del recinto y posibles acciones legales. Al firmar este acuerdo, reconoces y aceptas que la veracidad es una obligación legal y ética, y cualquier incumplimiento será tratado conforme a las leyes aplicables en Yucatán, México.
🏛️ ESTRUCTURA DE GOBERNANZA Y AUTORIDAD DECISORIA
El Santuario está guiado por el Abuelo Antonio, su guardián espiritual, quien tiene la autoridad final.
Un Consejo Técnico y un Consejo Consultivo apoyan el bienestar del proyecto, su integridad legal y su coherencia espiritual. Estos consejos pueden ser consultados para asuntos de importancia.
Todas las decisiones tomadas por el Abuelo Antonio y los consejos son finales e irrevocables.
Ningún voto interno, opinión ni influencia externa puede anular una decisión del consejo una vez tomada. Tu respeto por este proceso es esencial.
Los voluntarios pueden ser invitados a abandonar el lugar inmediatamente, en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso, basándose únicamente en la decisión del Abuelo Antonio o de cualquiera de los consejos. No se requiere justificación. Esta medida protege la integridad espiritual, emocional y energética del Santuario.
El Consejero Técnico también sirve como Punto Focal Principal y actúa como puente entre el Abuelo Antonio y el Consejo Consultivo.
Todos los voluntarios deben comunicar su situación, necesidades, problemas y avances a través de este Consejero Técnico.
Aceptas informar regularmente y con veracidad al Consejero Técnico sobre tus tareas y experiencias.
🌿 ACUERDO DE VOLUNTARIADO
⏳ Periodo de Prueba
Comienzas tu tiempo como voluntario/a con un período de prueba de 3 meses, durante el cual se observarán tu servicio, conducta y alineación con los valores del Santuario.
La continuidad como voluntario/a a largo plazo no está garantizada y será determinada únicamente por el consejo.
Los voluntarios pueden ser invitados a retirarse en cualquier momento, sin previo aviso ni justificación, según el criterio exclusivo del Abuelo Antonio o de los Consejos Técnico/Consultivo.
📋 Horario y Responsabilidades
Aceptas seguir la rutina diaria, las ceremonias, las actividades asignadas y la guía proporcionada por el equipo o los consejos.
Se espera que los voluntarios participen con plena presencia, humildad, puntualidad y compromiso.
Los horarios o intenciones personales nunca deben interferir con la vida del Santuario.
La rutina diaria comienza a las 5:00 AM, en armonía con los ciclos de la naturaleza y las prácticas espirituales. Se espera silencio, oración y disciplina en estas primeras horas.
💰 Contribución para Alimentos y Hospedaje
Existe una cuota estándar de contribución para alojamiento y alimentos.
Si eres aceptado/a como voluntario/a, estos costos pueden ser cubiertos por el Abuelo Antonio, según su evaluación y decisión.
Ningún voluntario tiene el derecho automático a hospedaje gratuito; es un don espiritual, no un derecho adquirido.
🕊️ RESPETO POR EL SANTUARIO
🌸 Terreno Sagrado y Seres Vivos
Este lugar está vivo — espiritual, ecológica y energéticamente. Debes:
No tocar, cortar, remover ni alterar ninguna flor, planta o árbol.
No dañar, interferir ni alimentar a ningún animal sin permiso.
Tratar al rancho, los jardines, fuentes de agua, herramientas y espacios ceremoniales como seres sagrados.
Todas las ceremonias son espacios protegidos. Nadie puede grabar, repetir o replicar ninguna ceremonia sin el permiso explícito del Abuelo Antonio y del consejo.
❤️ Conducta Ética (Ampliada)
Todas las personas son bienvenidas con igual amor y respeto, sin importar su identidad de género, edad, origen o creencia.
Las relaciones sexuales están estrictamente prohibidas, salvo que seas parte de una pareja establecida y hayas recibido autorización directa del Abuelo Antonio.
Este es un espacio sagrado cuya energía debe mantenerse protegida de intenciones tóxicas, influencias oscuras o perturbaciones inconscientes. Aceptas mantener esta vibración en todo momento.
🚫 Sustancias y Prácticas Prohibidas
No se permite alcohol, drogas recreativas ni ningún tipo de intoxicantes.
No puedes ofrecer, intercambiar ni aplicar terapias, medicinas, prácticas de sanación o energéticas sin permiso explícito, firmado y por escrito.
Esto incluye remedios herbales, masajes, limpias espirituales o técnicas psicológicas, entre muchas otras.
⚖️ AVISO LEGAL Y LIBERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
🧾 Responsabilidad Personal
Eres 100% responsable de tu salud, seguridad y decisiones personales.
Si sufres algún accidente, enfermedad, lesión, trauma o fallecimiento, tú o tu familia deben asumir todos los gastos y consecuencias relacionadas.
Jardines del Colibrí Dorado, su personal, guardianes y consejos están completamente liberados de cualquier responsabilidad, ya sea legal o financiera.
📜 Advertencia sobre Difamación
Cualquier forma de difamación — acusaciones falsas, testimonio falso, manipulación o ataques verbales — constituye un acto criminal sancionado por la ley mexicana.
El Santuario iniciará inmediatamente acciones legales contra cualquier persona que intente dañar el honor, la dignidad o la imagen del Abuelo Antonio, el equipo o la tierra.
🛡️ Liberación Total de Responsabilidad Legal
Al firmar este acuerdo:
Libera completamente de cualquier responsabilidad legal o civil al Abuelo Antonio, su familia, los Consejos Técnico y Consultivo, los residentes del santuario y al personal, ahora y en el futuro.
Esto incluye, entre otros: malentendidos, desacuerdos, reacciones emocionales, experiencias espirituales o eventos ceremoniales.
⚖️ Jurisdicción
Cualquier asunto legal será resuelto bajo la jurisdicción exclusiva del Estado de Yucatán, México.
🙏 DECLARACIÓN FINAL
Al firmar este documento, afirmas:
Que has leído, comprendido y aceptas plenamente todos los puntos expresados en esta carta.
Que te ofreces como voluntario/a libremente y sin expectativa de remuneración, derechos laborales ni estatus de empleado.
Que te comprometes a proteger este espacio sagrado, a los seres que lo habitan y al trabajo ancestral que aquí se sostiene.
Que estás alineado/a en corazón, cuerpo y espíritu con la misión de Jardines del Colibrí Dorado.
